The (m) male and (f) female designations
are my educated guesses based on their body shapes

These clear little glass frogs are hard to capture
in these images. As best I know these fascinating
small clear frogs are still plentiful
along the mountain streams of Costa Rica

Luckily there is someone I can ask,
someone who is there studying them.
But most often that is not the case.
