This “click beetle” landed on me Wednesday afternoon. It flew much like a wasp and landed on my high thigh. My first thought
was I hope to hell he doesn’t sting me. When I slowly reached down to nudge him away. He clicked, did a summersault, and landed in my hand.
My second thought was he is beautiful.
