Hello,
My name is Richard Sines. I am a senior at James Madison University in
Virginia. I am studying both Economics and Accounting. I make my home in
Laurel, Maryland and I will probably end up living there for a while after
graduation.
I bought my first auratus as a young teenager back in 1997. I kept it
for a while, but tired of culturing ffs for one frog. I changed my focus from
herps to athletics and academics, so I traded my auratus a few years later.
Although I was frog less the passion still burned and I was bound to get
back into the hobby sooner than later. A little over a year ago after a
lengthy call to Black Jungle I got back into the hobby, this time in full force.
I am currently keeping D. auratus, D. azureus, D. imitator, D. pumilio,
D. ventrimaculatus and P. vittatus. I am always looking to expand my
collection.
I have been very impressed with the level of discussion that takes place
on this board and have learned a great deal from lurking this past year. I
attended IAD this past April and plan on attending again next year as well as
Frog Day in Atlanta. I try to attend the Havre De Grace show in the summer
and of course the MARS show.
I look forward to adding to the community and networking with you all.
Thanks,
Richard
