Hi, I have not made an intro in a while.

I am very new to dart frogs. In 1997 I saw my first dart frogs at the National Reptile Breeders Expo in Orlando. I fell in love. I read everything I could get my hands on and joined Frognet to lurk and learn.

In 1999 my husband, Phil (who is not a reptile/amphibian guy), as an anniversary present, gave me the go-ahead for frogs and tanks. This was a venture into a new area for me. It took me two more years of lurking, reading, studying, trial, and error to set up my tanks and be ready for frogs. Now I have azureus, dwarf tincts, alanis, and leucs. I am interested in parting with the last two ssp. in exchange for adult female azureus and dwarf tincts. I beat the odds and ended up with all males.

I am also very involved with turtles and tortoises. I volunteer for The Turtle Center, www.TurtleCenter.org, and for the IUCN/Turtle Survival Alliance, www.turtlesurvival.org. I am a life member of the World Chelonian Trust, www.chelonia.org, and a member of the California Turtle and Tortoise Club. www.cttc.org. My husband just July 31st gave us our tenth wedding anniversary present, a trip to the Galapagos for sometime between now and the end of 2004. We are excited! We have 4 adult offspring between us, and 4 lovely grandchildren, many North American box turtles, two dogs, and a cat.

If any of you will be in Daytona for the National Reptile Breeder's Expo, http://www.reptilebreedersexpo.com, I would like to have a chance to meet you.
